- one hour at home visit for 7 days following the birth of your baby: encouragement, observation and trouble shooting during at least one feeding per visit.
- 24 hour a day telephone support for “crisis” moments
- access to lending library of materials: books & DVDs
- referrals to Lactation Consultant when necessary
